THAT IS WHY WE OFFER A SIMPLE FREE RETURNS SERVICE FROM ALL UK MAINLAND LOCATIONS. FOR GOODS BEING RETURNED FROM OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND, THE COST SHALL BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER. FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE ENSURE A TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR SERVICE IS USED.

WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ANY ITEMS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN ALTERED, WASHED OR WORN WITHIN 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT. 

WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT, GOODS ARE TO BE RETURNED IN AN UNWORN CONDITION AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL OF THE LABELS AND TAGS ATTACHED. PLEASE ENSURE THE GOODS ARE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL DISPATCH NOTE. THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED SPEEDILY.

MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED (UNLESS FOR A MANUFACTURING ERROR).

GIFT CARDS AND E.VOUCHERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REDEEMED FOR CASH. 

WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF ANY MISSING OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF AN ORDER STATING YOUR ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER AND THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER.
